HOW TO RETURN FROM USA OR CANADA
Important: If you have ordered to the US/Canada, but your order number does not start with "US" - please use these instructions for return: https://motelrocks.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360008866054-How-do-I-return-an-item-from-other-countries- - when you return your parcel from outside of the UK back to our UK warehouse this will cost more than the standard $7 US return fee.
Returns are easy with our return partner Loop!
US customers
You need to cover the $7 cost to return any unwanted Motel items - this amount will be deducted from the refund value.
Canadian customers
You will need to cover the cost of the return yourself and you will not be provided with a returns label/QR code once you register the return.
You have up to 30 days to return your order from the date of dispatch. Please note that all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Check out the information below to ensure you are returning your Motel items the correct way:
1. Enter your order number and email address, telephone number or zip code. Please enter everything exactly as it appears on your order confirmation.
2. Choose which item/s you are wanting to return and why. Please only include the items you have chosen in your return parcel and do not send back multiple orders in one parcel.
3. Confirm your personal details are correct.
4. Choose the shipping service you would like your order to be returned with. (US customers only)
5. Once confirmed, print your postage label and stick to the front of your parcel. (US customers only)
6. Take your parcel to your nearest drop-off point within 28 days, your label will expire after this time. Do not use an expired label to post your return as this will affect your ability to receive a refund.
